Pick your favorite menu idea and gather a group of your friends, family, employees, or customers for a private cooking class at our place—or at yours! Each class consists of a three-course menu served with wine. The chef demonstrates each recipe step-by-step in a relaxed environment where questions are encouraged. Hands-on classes are also available. Either way, students learn the techniques behind the recipes and, with detailed recipes provided, leave with the confidence and know-how to try them on their own. Classes range from $55-$125 per guest, dependent on the number of guests, the menu chosen, and the location of the class.
Private classes can be scheduled on any day based on availability, with a minimum of two weeks advance notice. In order to reserve a particular date for a private class, a signed contract and a $100 nonrefundable deposit are required. The balance of the fee is due five (5) business days before the event. If the class is canceled after this date, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
